Information desks can be found in Terminals A and C Arrivals. Courtesy telephones for assistance are located throughout the terminals.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
There are ATMs, bureau de change, postal facilities and Internet stations available at the airport.
Eating and drinking: There is a wide variety of cafés, bars, fast-food outlets, snack bars and restaurants in both terminals.
Shopping: There are several shops, including gift shops, newsagents and duty-free.
Luggage services: A lost property office can be found on the second floor of Terminal C.
Other facilities: There are baby-change facilities, DVD players and DVDs available for hire, AED units (defibrillators) and a children's entertainment area.

Conference and Business Facilities
The airport offers wireless internet access throughout the airport, provided by Wayport (website: www.wayport.net). Data ports are available in Terminal C at the expedia.com café. The DoubleTree Hotel (tel: 408 453 4000) provides conference facilities, including five ballrooms and 12 meeting rooms, accommodating up to 1,200 poeple, audiovisual equipment hire and a business centre. The hotel also offers mobile phone hire, computer workstations, fax, photocopying, printing, Internet, postal services and videoconferencing.

Disabled Facilities
Barrier-free access and TDD telephones are available at the airport. There are also wheelchair facilities, reserved parking and elevators between floors. For passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance, it is advisable that they inform their airline prior to travel.
